Hollow Mask Appearance:

Unique Ability: grants Sin the ability of rapid regeneration.

Heals minor wounds:1 post
Heals average wounds and broken bones: 2 posts
Heals severed limbs and large open wounds: 4 posts

Unique Technique:

1.Sin can fire four small ceros at once through a unique firing position. Sin expands his arms out to activate this. The ceros charge in his palms and on each side of his chest. The ceros are quick to charge and fire (can fire in same post as charge) but takes a long time to be able to use it again (4 posts). He cannot however fire less than four ceros with this attack. He may either shoot one regular cero (standard vaizard cero) or use this attack.

Time Activated: 6 posts, 4 cooldown

Looks good, I see no problem. I am assuming that the each of the four ceros is less powerful then a regular one considering how short the charge time is.
