Throwing Arrows?

Sokkin had recently came to earth to take care of some pretty powerful Hollow. But Sokkin becoming stronger and stronger each day he took out the Hollows without effort. But there was something else annoying him, a powerful reiatsu coming from a few miles away. Sokkin decided to check it out.

He followed the reiatsu pressure to a small park, he instantly pointed out a single person of who the reiatsu was coming from and shunpo'd infront of him. " Why do you have such high spiritual pressure?"

Having come to the park for some peace, and quiet Somachiryou Kazetsubaki was minding his own business. Mostly hunting down a hollow, which he hadn't found. It appeared to have some kind of teleporting ability. It could mask its energy, and retreat back to it's home. Then coming back. It was really beginning to get on his last nerve. But still even in his silence the Quincy Knight could feel the presense of another.

Almost a half second later a shinigami would appear with a shunpo, a shinigami exclusive technique. A useless technique when you were a Quincy. They had there own way to move around. But that wasn't what he should be worried about. Nothing really had him worried. He just wondered what a shinigami wanted from him. it seemed he was wondering about his reaitsu. Hadn't this guy ever even heard of a Quincy. A shame the lack of information Soul Society has.

"It really has nothing to do with you."

"That rage...You a Quincy, and a smartass one at that." Sokkin said as he gave a small smirk. Sokkin took a few steps forward towards the Quincy. " Now i am in the mood for a little bit of fighting, what about you? Well you get no choice your going to fight." Sokkin said a he began to laugh.

Sokkin clunched his right fist and swung it towards the left side of the Quincy's face with an emotionless face. " Don't worry, i won't kill you...Much."

What an overly arrogant Shinigami. Obviously not of the Captain rank, and Soma highly doubted he had the skills to be a Vice. Even so Shinigami loved to talk as much shit as possible. It was no wonder a hollow could sneak up on them so easily. They were brainless killing machines. Some worse then the hollows themselves.

Now with the SHinigami stepping closer, and closer Soma didn't move a muscle. Not till the punch came his way. Now behind the shinigami a airborne Soma held a single thin arrow in the palm of his hand. Throwing it downward at a high rate of speed. Trying to finish this before things got to bad.

Sokkin knew already what the Quincy was going to do. He was going to get behind him and then shoot at arrow. There was one thing he didn't count on, was the Quincy throwing the arrow. Sokkin lent backwards and noticed the arrow being thrown. Sokkin smiled, " whoop." Sokkin simply said as he Shunpo'd again above the Quincy. " Do you think a Captain such as myself would fool for that?"

Sokkin steadied himself in the air and aim for the back of the Quincy. " "Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Inferno and pandemonium, the sea barrier surges, march on to the south!" Sokkin called as a red reiatsu flame began to form infront of Sokkin's right palm. " Hado #31 Shakkahō!" Sokkin called as the released the red flame directly towards the spine of the Quincy.

Turning around with a slight smirk the Quincy watched. Even if a Captain this Quincy knew it took a few seconds to fire a spell, and if you messed with the concentration then it fails. Also he could form arrows before he could fully cast. Meaning one thing. Speed rules all. So slapping his hands together the Quincy began a decent to the ground. Pulling them apart the Quincy would form a straight arrow with a rotating spear head. Throwing it at the Captain's arm to disrupt the flow of energy before forming another, and spreading it out like a shield. Then once protected he would form several more to back that one shield up.

As the arrow smashed through Sokkin's kido he knew that the arrow wasn't going to get to him, head on attacks are never going to get Sokkin down to his knees. Sokkin simply lent to the right as the arrow sped straight past him. Sokkin then drew his sword.

" Argh i don't really like using this bastard of a thing...Oh well i need more training with it."

Sokkin said as he began to wave his sword and then got into a battle stance, Sokkin quickly Shunpo'd behind the Quincy with a smile on his face as he swung his sword from down to up attempting the cut his back.

Turning around, and jumping back the Quincy would scatter his shields into numerous pieces. Taking the scattered pieces closest to him the Quincy would form another spear, using it to block the sword, and push himself several paces away.

Then jumping into the air the Quincy would throw several more. These spinning while flying giving them extra damage. Then forming another he would keep it, prepared for a Shinigami's flash step.

Sokkin dodged most of the arrows but two connected with him but not dealing much damage. " Good one Quincy. Lets see if you can handle this..." Sokkin said as he spread his legs and got a careful stance happening. He sheated his Zanpakutou and raised his right arm and placed his left hand over the top of his right wrist.

"Ye lord! Mask of blood and flesh, all creation, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! On the wall of blue flame, inscribe a twin lotus. In the abyss of conflagration, wait at the far heavens." Sokkin said as he gained a small smirk. " Hado #63, Sōren Sōkatsui!" Sokkin called as two large blue blasts of reiatsu bursted out of Sokkin's hand heading directly towards the Quincy with mass speed and power.

"This captain can't use Kido unless he uses the chant. I can't let that happen."

Taking his current arrow, and augmenting it with more reishi the Quincy would throw another arrow. This one traveling faster then the others with a swirl to it so when it hit it could deal a great bit of damage to the Captain's mid section. Hopefully disrupting the flow of energy to the Kido.

Sokkin released this kido before the arrow got to Sokkin, the Sōren Sōkatsui blasted out with the arrow destroying one of the two blasts that formed from the kido spell.

" You still got the other part of Sōren Sōkatsui to worry about."

Sokkin said as the other half of his Kido spell headed towards the Quincy who was now fairly open after just throwing an arrow. Sokkin then shunpo'd up into the open air and waited to see what happened.

With half his spell destroyed it was only a simple feet to spin his body mid-air. Letting the Kido pass right by, and head directly for it's caster. Then forming two more the Quincy would throw them. making them appear as twins, however, one had a spear head for added damage, and one would break apart mid-flight, creating several dozen more. Smaller yet faster. They would reach the Captain before the Kido, and the stronger arrow.

Soma would land on the ground, and make another. Waiting with a dry expression on his face.

Sokkin smiled in the air as he quickly drew out his sword. I guess i have to use my Shikai now... Lame as. Sokkin faced his sword directly at the little arrows which were coming at him at mass speeds.

" Mess Around, Daijiri."

Sokkin called as his sword became a small shotgun. He quickly changed the gravity to heavy causing everything in the 50 feet radius to feel a heavy gravity, hence slowing down the arrows heading towards Sokkin.

" Daijiri's Ability can change the gravity around me, but to a certain range."

Sokkin said as he moved 5 feet to dodge all the slowed down arrows and changed the gravity back to normal sending the arrows flying away. Sokkin then pointed the shotgun towards the Quincy and shot a normal reiatsu bullet at the Quincy hoping to get some sort of connection with him.

Leaning back the Quincy would charge another arrow. This however was much thinner then the rest, and had a sharper edge to it. Rotating in a spin the Quincy threw the arrow with enough force to create a type of shield of wind around the arrow. Quickly it reached the single bullet, slicing righ through before continuing on to the Captain. The Quincy making another arrow before beginning to add more reishi to it.
