She wears a pair of fingerless gloves and a sleeveless shinigami top, yet it does have the back. She has a large ribbon that goes from just under her chest to her stomach which is white. She wears baggy pants that are tied to her waist with the ribbon.
On top of that outfit she wears a sleeveless coat that runs from her shoulders to her knees, it is crimson red and has no symbols on it. During meetings or official buisness she wears the lieutenants symbol around her right arm.
Personality: She has a ditzy feel to herself, she likes to just go about on her own. She has almost no common sense which makes her look ditzy at times. She is impulsive, and is not a big fan of large scale strategy's. Yet she is good in planning the next moves to make in battle, the fact that she's impulsive gives her a slight edge in battle.
Her personality is ussually based around her own whimes, if she feels like doing something she'll do it, She only takes orders from those she respects or in her eyes are stronger. She has a hard tme reading the moods of conversations and or situations, A fight to the death might be a sparring session in her eyes. She likes to randomly wander around seretei and to earsdrop on meetings that she isn't allowed to enter.
Fighting Style: Based on speed and brute strength, She uses a fighting style that allows her to adapt to the enemy relatively quike.
Background:
The life of NoiNoi lived a live of an orphan, her parent had been in a terrible accident on the seas. From the age of 3 she had lived in a secluded orphanage, the place was run by a shady looking guy. He had some illegal operations running in the basment of the orphanage and because it was a orphanage it had been the perfect cover. Noi played at the same spot every day, she ussually played by chasing butterfly's around that flew around a certain bush. Noi grew up yet she didn;t involve herself much with the others, one day a group of mafia related men came for the manager of the orphanage. He had borrowed some money but never returened it, They broke down the door and beat up the manager. After a while the manager told them he had a hidden stash of money under Noi's favorite spot, They destroyed the bush and dug into the soil. Noi was furious and attacked the men, Yet after she had knocked out one of them she got shot by one of the others. Noi tunred around and started moving towards the shooter. The man shot another round, yet she kept walking , the man shot another and another after a total of 12 rounds and the clicking of an empty gun did Noi's legs give out. She died not being able to protect her spot, with that a urge to grow stronger was borne and with it a great motivation. It only took a few days for a shinigami to notice her and perform a soul burial.
Fighting to surviveAs she entered the realms of the souls, know as soul society she got asigned to a moderately average district. It wasn't safe but it wasn't dangerous either. Noi spend her days brawling for food in gamble fights, She would bet stuff she had won from previous bets and they added up to a pretty decent meal every day. With every fight she won she moved up a district. She had betted her own being for a spot in a higher district. it was when she landed in the 5th district that she got aproached by a shinigami representative from the 9th division. Because of the fact that Noi possesed reiatsu and her fighting capability's, she got recruited into the academy.
AcademyNoi was never a good student she fell asleep during the theory lessons, yet she excelled in the zanjutsu classes. Together with the fact she had a rather well developed sense for shunpo she made a good basic physical warrior. It took Noi a toatal of 5 years to finnaly pass the final theoritical exam, She had worked hard and it had not been easy, upon her final day she had stayed awake for a total of 20 days and nights and did nothing but study for the 2 hour test. After she had finished she passed out and passed it barely. Because of her personality and the skills she excelled at she was placed in the 11th squad.
Lieutanant on the riseNoi enjoyed her time in the lowest ranks, their was a ranking system. The more capable you were the more respect you got, Noi ranked at a steady rate, she enjoyed every duel and took pleasure in every rank she got. She learned how to adapted to diffrent fighting styles, she had learned some basics about martial arts in the academy but the fighting experts i the 11th squad had honed their skills against hollows. After 4 years she became a seated officer, The fights got harder but Noi trained and grew stronger it wasn;t till another year passed until she was strong enough to call herself the lieutanant of the 11th squad.
