Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: Raigesshirui is very excitable, and in Ayaka’s own words, far more energetic than she could ever hope to be. Constantly on the move, and able to speak at a rate almost faster than Ayaka can understand, spending an extended amount of time in her inner world conversing with Raigesshirui can wear down even Ayaka.

Shikai Ability: Raigesshirui has two main abilities, both of which would be readily apparent in combat. As Ayaka is not nearly as skilled with shunpo as her sister, Raigesshirui increases her speed and agility in order to compensate. She cannot move as fast as shunpo, but she can move much quicker without it than the average shinigami can. In addition to that, the thin chain of the zanpakuto’s shikai form is as strong as any other part of the zanpakuto, and the chain itself can grow and shrink at will. Ayaka doesn know the maximum length it can extend to, but she doesn’t fight at extended ranges to begin with so it is unlikely she will ever discover it.

Techniques:

Muryoku Nisuru Fouyou (Paralyzing Jolt) – This technique requires some part of the zanpakuto to be in contact with the enemy in order for it to have any effect. The technique sends a jolt of electricity along the length of the zanpakuto. Ayaka is unaffected, but any other being that is touching the zanpakuto at that time would receive a powerful electric shock, which is both incredibly painful and has the potential to stun someone. However, this lasts only as long as the shock itself – as soon as it ends, only the pain and any damage caused by the attack remains.

Limitations: 1 turn charge, 4 turn cooldown.

Kaminari Boruto (Thunder Bolt) – this technique is Ayaka’s only strictly ranged attack. It is fairly simple in theory. With a flick of either the ring or the dagger of her shikai, Ayaka can fire off a bolt of lightning at her opponent. It does not have the same properties as lightning, however. It is much different, acting more as a simple directed blast of energy. It is difficult to dodge due to the speed. A deafening thunderclap accompanies it as well, that can stun some opponents who are sensitive to loud noises.

Limitations: Instant activation, 3 turn cooldown

Kaminari Tama (Thunder Ball) – This is Ayaka’s most powerful single attack. It collects a charge within the ring on the opposite end of her shikai’s chain, taking a short time to do so as well. During this time, she must remain on the defensive. Once it is fully charged, the ball of energy, crackling like electricity, fully fills the ring. Ayaka can then fire it off as a ranged attack, or use it as a single, powerful melee attack by swinging it like a flail. Whether she does this, or chooses to launch it from a distance (in which case it moves about half as fast as Kaminari Boruto), upon impact the ball of energy explodes, affecting everyone within five feet of the origin. Everyone in that area would receive a powerful shock of electricity, identical to that of Ayaka’s first ability, Muryoku Nisuru Fouyou.

Limitations: 3 turn charge, 4 turn cooldown

Gonna inject some Kuroism into this. What hurts in the real world wouldn't even harm most of the people in Bleach. Muscle contractions also tend not to affect the people in there, or fights would be a lot weirder. I don't like the stun to begin with, but Zaff-Zaff approved it, so I can only state what I feel on it rather than striking it down. I suggest you change the description, then, since your explanation doesn't hold true for Bleach.
