What has Aizen turned into((Spoiler))

I'm getting mad at Bleach. Aizen is far to broken. So many of the top players have lost to him. Even those we thought could come, and change the tide in the "good" guys favor. So i ask this question?

What exactly has Aizen turned into. If not an evoled hollowifed version of himself.

aizen is becoming a god just like Hao Asakura did in shaman king xD
or the royal guards will show up to help them fight against aizen cause hes becoming a serious threat or Mayuri will discover something really important in Aporro's Lab.
but i really think the king is dead and just some royal guards are left there so aizen will end up taking control over there

top players? i expected a bigger blood bath and more captain deaths.
I really would like to know why Yoruichi didn't used her zampakutou as why Kisuke and Isshin didn't released their bankais -.-

Cause hat would be far two stupid, and then have Aizen own them. Tho i doubt they end bleach without revealing all the bankai's.

i think tite run out of ideas for bankais xD

but maybe its better like that ...
so it wont cause more disappointments as Soi Fong Bankai did...
even with a good reason for not using her bankai it still sucked a lot
