A Little Fun

Kria gazed around the usual room that she occupied, stretching as she did so. This particular room in Las Noches was pretty much known as Kria's personal training room. It was quite spacious, a wide middle area and a high roof. The room was maintained not by various servants, but by the Septima herself. No particular reason why, she just preferred to do it herself. Quite simple really.

The Espada popped her neck and looked at the dummy before her. "My, it's getting rather boring around her lately." She drew forth her Zanpakuto. "Hardly anything to do." With a couple quick movements, the dummy was in 3 different pieces. "Tsk."

Kria sighed. "So bored these days."

"And so boring it is. Dearest Kria.. And what would you say we are to do about that?"

Stepping into the center of the training ground Lasconni Monsabre the Cuarto Espada ca,e to a slowly pace around the Septima. Clapping while looking the Espada over. It would seem this was the perfect candidate for what she had in mind. So a test was needed to learn more.

"So what will it be Septima. Are you bored or just talking, as most of the Espada believe. A young foolish girl. With no respect. or are you type of killer I know you are. If so then show me. Or i'll clip your wings."

Kria turned quickly, catching sight of Lasconni. She held her tongue for the moment, the Cuarta clapping as Kria watched the other woman look her over, judging... for what? However, the next words out of the other Espada's mouth pretty much said it.

She wanted a show of strength then? Alright.

"Well, my dear Lasconni. I can show you quite easily that I'm far more than talk. And no one can clip my wings." The Septima moved quickly, striking out with her blade in a backhanded swing at the Quarta's midsection.

Eying the Espada closely Lasconni preformed a defensive Sonido. Retreating back a few paces, and out of her range before she would hold her hand out. A hollow running forward, and handing her a sword before she locked eyes with Kria was again.

"If what you say is true then prove it."

"A Cero or a Bala? I have you outclassed in both. Or perhaps you want a straight-up swordfight with me?" The Septima grinned. "You certainly have looks on your side Lasconni. I wonder how your pained face looks? I bet it's delicious." A glint in her eyes.

While she was saying all of this, her free hand began to glow. "I'll be thrilled to see it." Kria's hand raised quickly, firing out the Bala at Lasconni before quickly following up and running after it toward her foe.

Lifting her arm into the air the 4th smiled softly. The teal electricity crackling around her wrist increasing moments before Kria fired. With her own bala the 4th was about to counter the opposing. Tho it wasn't that easy. She had to use two back to back bala's to counter her one. The resulting Explosion creating a blanket of smoke covering the whole of the training ground. The 4th disappearing into it.

"Your Bala, and Cero's are certainly powerful. But what is the use if you can pin point where your enemy is?"

With a Sonido the 4th came from the right side. Swinging her blade diagonally through the smoke. Looking to give the 7th Espada a nice little wake up call. before she increased the pressure of this fight.

"When you can't locate the exact point of the enemy..." The Septima stopped in her tracks as she saw a glint in the smoke. After a moment, she managed to make out the blade as it was coming down and performed a Sonido, escaping out of the smoke, the blade leaving a shallow cut on her shoulder. "You attack the area they're in..."

Her hand flew up and in very short order, the color drained from the area and she launched a powerful white Cero outward at the general area of Lasconni. She didn't necessarily know where the Cuarta was, but Kria could sure hunt her down. "And you lure them out."

She prepared a counter-stance just in case Lasconni tried to attack her from nearby again after moving with a Sonido. Like she'd be that predictable, but it never hurt. Hurt Kria, anyways.

With a smile the Cuarta looked up to where she felt Kria's reaitsu. Then she felt the change in spiritual pressure, and instantly knew what was coming. A cero. So with a backflip out of the smoke with only seconds to spare the Cuarta was about to dodge most of the Cero. Only her left shoulder getting burned slightly. yet as she excited the smoke the 4th would charge her own Cero. The teal whirlpool forming in her right hand before it erupted forward in a wide arc.

The teal light began to wash over the smoke as Lasconni released her Cero. With a wide grin, Kria shifted her stance and began to charge energy into her hand. As the Cero came closer, she struck, firing a Bala into the center where she stood, the power of her more focused attack canceling out the widespread attack. "Not bad. But spreading it out in a wide area leaves the individual sections a tad more easier to cancel out with a more focused attack."

A quick Sonido and Kria was within striking range with her Zanpakuto, bringing it up from the sheath in a vertical slice at Lasconni. "Never let your guard down either." A rather sinister tone could be heard in her voice.

With the position she was in Lasconni seemed to be bent over with her heels against the wall of the training ground. Her eyes locked with Kria's. She could see every movement she made, and so far it wasn't hard to figure what could or would come next. But now she had to worry of the vertical slice aimed to end her. "Maybe I just needed to make sure you had no where to retreat. As to force you into close combat."

With a flick of her wrist her blade came spinning form it's sheath. Within seconds Lasconni had it in the underhanded position, and use it to parry Kria's strike to her left. her sword in her right hand, and now the tip pointed directly for Kria's unprotected midsection. So with a smile the 4th Espada jabbed the blade forward, using her left hand to brace the bottom of the blades handle. Even going to far as to push off the wall to give herself added speed, and force to such a simple stabbing motion. The soft melody of her relaxed laugh echoed throughout the room.
