"I sense... something."

Virgil strummed quietly on his bass as he let some eggs burn a little bit on the stove, trying to figure out what he'd do for today. He quickly put down his stringed instrument, and began tossing the eggs about on the pan, and quickly ate them. He got dressed, brushed his teeth- his morning usual routine, and remembered it was Monday. He was closed on Mondays, and he wasn't about to break tradition today.

He walked outside of the store, making sure the "closed" sign face the public, and walked off into the crowded streets of Tokyo, when he quickly stopped into a cigar store, purchased a lighter, and a cigar, and walked out, quickly cutting into an old, abadoned warehouse. "...Funny, you don't see many of these in a big city, let alone one where you can sit and think... And smoke." He said, clicking the lighter a few times before a flame actually sparked. He lit the cigar and inhaled deeply, exhaling the smoke from his mouth, and coughing a little bit. "Now I see why the old bastard avoided these... They taste good, but they're murder on the damned throat..."

"Those are two really bad habits, to smoke and to walk in without been invited, both of them can end up killing you so just get off..." Gabriel said while sat over a pile of boxes as he noticed someone walking in the warehouse, leaving his small skecthbook aside as he turned around in order to get a better glimpse of who it was. When he was just turning back, he felt some kind of reiatsu coming from that stranger and started to get interested in that, mostly cause it wasn't a shinigami but probably another superhuman like him and he was always curious about what the others could do with their powers, trying to discover if there was someone that had the same kind of abilities like him.

Virgil was shocked to actually find another human being inside the warehouse, let alone one that actually seemed to have half a brain. He spat the remains of his cigar onto the ground, and stamped it out. He gathered up the courage to say, "Last I c-checked, this was private property." He said, cracking his knuckles and neck. "Plus, I don't see you with the deed to the place, or your name written anywhere."

He was expecting a fight from this myseterious person, and prepared himself mentally for the worst. At best, this was just another normal human being... at the worst, it could be an otherworldly being that could beat him within an inch of his life. "Meh, maybe this guy will put me out my misery.." He thought.

"Well... thats true" he answered jumping down to the floor some steps away from the strange guy, who looked like ready to fight and he didn't want to wait much to see what he could do, he stretched his arms before staring back at him while starting to release his reiatsu, making his hair and eyes start to glow turning totally silvered as slowly a thin blackish aura started to take place around him. He knew it would be far better to wait for him to give the first move but the whole waiting thing was bore some to Gabriel who rushed forward him, trying to deliver the first punch on his face.

"I see... well then sir, looks like we have ourselves a rumble." Virgil said, as he released his , allowing his bones to grow out of his skin. He was taken back a lot by the punch to the face, and was almost knocked off his feet. "Not bad, but I can do better." He said, and rushed forward himself. Before getting too close to his opponent, Virgil stamped him foot into the ground, and boulders shot up from it. Without hesitation, he kicked the boulders at the person, making sure to put full force into them.

It doesn't seem to change anything besides his looks he was thinking about his release just a moment before he saw him kicking all those boulders in his direction which went throught a exact grayish smoke silhouette of him that was left as in a blink of eye he teleported his self to right beside Virgil.

Out of pure instinct, Virgil cocked his arm back, and aimed a punch straight for the man's face. He took into account now that this man could apparently warp, or bend space in some manner. "Great, now he can teleport. This makes this fight SO much easier." He thought.

Gabriel was caught by surprise as he wasn't expecting such a fast reaction from his opponent when he just got hit directly and went some several steps away steps rolling on the floor, after receiving that punch he could taste some blood on his mouth while trying to stand up. "That really hurts you know..." he said to Virgil while starting to release some more reiatsu, slowly thickening and darkening the blackish aura around him as he turned looking to Virgil, making his body rest all the weigh on his back leg while his front foot rests on the ground, sightly changing their positions by giving small and short like jumps.

"You did the same thing to me." Virgil said, examinging the aura that was slowly building up around Gabriel. The bones growing out of his skin became more visible, and the muscles in his arms grew a little bit. He got into a defensive stance, keeping his hands at the ready incase his opponent tried to teleport again. "OK, whatever that teleporting crap is, he's gonna try it again, I know it. If he gets close, there won't be another punch that he'll come back from."

After focusing his reiatsu around him which now looked like a dark second skin over him, he started to run Lets see how tough you really are... he thought while jumping over a crate before jumping again, this time going into Virgil direction, trying to hit the enemy aiming a straight kick with his right foot at his chest in order to try knock him to the ground.

Thankfully, Virgil already had his hands out, but despite his best efforts, he slid across the floor from the hit until he smashed into the wall, which he peeled himself off of quickly. "Not bad." He commented, feeling a small amount of warmth coming from the back of his head. "...Huh, looks like I'm bleeding a tiny bit." This was about right. It wasn't a major wound, but still, the attack plus impact from the wall had caused him to draw blood. Tired of playing defense, Virgil bull-rushed towards Gabriel, with the hopes that he could tackle him into the ground and end this.

All that Gabriel could do when he was regaining his self, before realizing the angry enemy rushing forward him was to shot an energy burst in the ground making smoke and debris fill the whole place inside the warehouse as he just got caught by Virgil been knocked down to the floor holding Virgil in order to pull he with him so he wouldn't have any advantage over him.

Knowing that his bullrush failed, Virgil snorted as he was pulled to the ground, and cocked his arm back, this time trying to land a punch at Gabriel's chest. However, the cover Gabriel had created made things hard to see, but that wasn't about to stop him from trying to land a hit.

Gabriel was breathing hard trying to get his focus back to the fight as really felt the last attack when he just got hit over his left shoulder by Virgil heavy fist, if it wasn't for his thickened aura helping to protect him he would have his shoulder dislocated by that punch. Knowing hes enemy was just near him, he tried to hit Virgil with his knees and throw him to the side.

Virgil was tossed aside, but he quickly jumped to his feet. He tried discerning Gabriel's form through the thick smoke, and tried to lessen his breathing incase it was toxic. He couldn't see Gabriel, and he didn't know where he was. He was tired of not being able to see his opponent, but he wasn't about to do something drastic again.

Slowly he stood up, holding to his shoulder with his other hand while turning around looking and searching carefully for Virgil on the direction where he just managed toss him. Gotta end this fast cause if my Aero Black runs out i'm fucked... he thought walking slowly into the smoke that finally started to dissipate it self.

Once a portion of the smoke had cleared, Virgil rushed at his opponent again. This time, instead of trying to tackle him into the ground, he unleashed a volley of punches, kicks, and jabs against Gabriel. The attack came hard and fast, but the blows wouldn't be as hard as the punches he'd landed before. It was almost like he sacrificed speed for power at the moment.

Gabriel wasn't ready for that kind of attack and got hit again on the same shoulder as been stroke be a violent jab of Virgil not having to even think he just teleported his self some several steps behind falling over one of his knee while still holding to his left shoulder. "...Ok i just quit it, i'll be going somewhere else" he said standing back on his feet looking to Virgil before walking through the place reaching his scratchbook which was on the floor. "by the way, probably after hearing all these noises someone might have called the cops or the firemen so you should be going too"

Virgil sighed, and muttered, "Crazy mother..." Before he could finish his sentence, he quickly remembered Gabriel's warning. He deactivated his ability and made a break for the door, going outside. He suddenly realized after he'd left, and walked back into the busy streets, "...I never got to finish my cigar."
