Furry Magnet

"So, you are to be my foe? Let us begin, then..." Were the only words spoken before Inubara drew his Zanpakuto. He watched his foe, looking for any signs of a quick first attack. When he saw none, he leapt down from the rafters in front of the other man, swinging the blade with his left hand. As he completed his swing, Inubara held his right hand out toward where he had just cut. "Hado number one, Sho!" He called out, making a pushing gesture with that hand.

Osen had been waiting for his opponent. He was suprised, to say the least, when his opponent jumped down from the rafters, attempting to bring down his zanpakuto upon him. He brought his blade up with his right hand in order to block the attack. However, he did not expect him to cast a kido spell. Osen was pushed back a couple of feet, but not before the lack of pressure from Osen's blade caused Inubara to slash vertically across Osen's chest. "Ugh!" Osen was now on the floor, holding his midsection with his left hand. He then slowly got up, though still holding his midsection and slightly hunched.

Half expecting a counter-attack, Inubara began expecting a counter-attack. "Now's as good a time as any to attack, I guess. Attract, Koukyo..." He called out, switching his grip on the Zanpakuto so he held it in a reverse-grip. Then he began turning it, spinning the blade. As he did so, it seemed to fold in on itself, forming a relatively long mace. The instant it stopped transforming, Inubara smashed it against the ground beneath his feet, shattering it. As the broken pieces flew through the air, they transformed into long magnetic rods. Grasping onto one with each hand, he began running toward Menaldi. He thrust forward with the left, and brought the right around to strike at the man's head.

Osen watched him for a second. "Is he waiting for me?" Osen was sure nothing good could come of this. He tore his shinigami off to make better use of it and wrapped it around his lower torso. He noticed Inubara transform his Zan and then rush at him with his shikai. " His shikai is strange. I don't think i want to stick around and see what it does." Osen used flashstep to dodge to his left before Inubara was within range of him. "Bare your fangs, Kurotsuki." Osen's Zanpakuto morph's into a black reiatsu saber with a white aura, the hilt rounding and the guard replaced by a grey fur-like material. As the fur of his zanpakuto brushed against his skin and his hand adjusted to a now round hilt, he felt a surge of energy and felt that this would be an interesting fight.

Sensing the release of Menaldi's Shikai before he saw it, Inubara quickly turned around and got far away from the other man. Not wishing to get close to the other man until he knew what the Zanpakuto did, Inubara decided to use the range of his own Koukyo. Switching his grip on the metallic rods, Inubara flung them like javelins at the other man. He did this with the initial two in his hands, and then grasped two more from behind him, spinning them as he let go, much like a boomerang.

Osen released a Hanto clone in order to slow and reduce the power of the first two rods. He then ducked the spinning rods, the ones thrown hitting his shoulder. After feeling an impact, he then gets up and rushes at Inubara, attempting a diagonal slash from top left to bottom right.

Having already anticipated such a simple attack, Inubara had another pole in his hands. Using it much like a bo staff, he blocked the attack and then turned the staff around, aiming to shove the other man's sword into the ground. The second that manuever was done, Inubara brought the other end around toward Menaldi's head.

Inubara had easily blocked Osen's attack. When Inubara tried to push the sword out of his hand, Osen went down with it. This would result in Osen being hit in the head with the metal rod. From his position on the floor, he would attempt to stab Inubara in the midsection. If it were to work, he would then attempt to get up and put a foot of space between them.

Inubara did get hit, but didn't let that stop him from attacking. He grasped onto another rod with his left hand, and then used Shunpo to appear behind Osen. He stabbed forward with both rods, seeking to run the other man through with one of them. "Hado number eleven, Tsuzuri Raiden," he whispered into the other man's ear, trying to electrocute him.

Osen grunted as he felt the metal penetrate his flesh followed by a current, slightly numbing him, as well as causing incredible pain. He hardened his grip around his sword as he was shocked. Once the current ended, he would then swing his sword to behind him in order to stab Inubara in the shoulder assuming he's still there.

"It gets worse, I'm afraid..." Inubara said, having already Shunpo'd back to his group of weapons. From afar, he gave one of the two in Osen a positive charge, then gave the two in his hands negative charges. Following the ideas of magnetics, the two would be attracted to the one embedded in his target, and likely hit. With that in mind, he threw them, then began setting down more of the poles around himself, making a circle.

Once he realized that Inubara was no longer behind him, he then turned around to see too more poles coming at him at high speed. He tried to shunpo out of the way but one of them hit him. The other after it had missed had connected to the left one in his back. 'These rods have impeded my movement. Even if I were to go my fastest, he could see it coming from a kilometer away. I have no long range attacks either. I'm backed against the wall, literally. This will not end well,' Osen thought as he tried to put up at least some defense.

Chuckling lightly, Inubara realized how fortunate he was. "So, I take it you know how magnetism works? Items of opposite charges attract, such as those rods. Do you recall what happens to two or more magnets of the same charge? In case you didn't, they push away from each other. Quite violently, at times. Let us test this..." He said with a grin, snapping his fingers. As he did, all of the poles inside of Menaldi's body gained a negative charge.

As Inubara snapped, the pole in Osen's left went through his entire left side, the two on his lright side messing up his side as well By this point, Osen now had internal bleeding and was feeling dizzy. 'Looks like I'm done for today. I'm not going down without a fight, however.' He began to put one foot in front of the other, making slow pace that would eventually become slower until he collapsed and passed out, probably three feet from where he started.

Sensing the fight was over, Inubara recalled all the pieces of his Zanpakuto together, sealing it back up and sheathing the blade. "I told you, nobody lays a finger on my Butterfinger..." He said, pulling out a piece of candy he had taken from the human world. As he unwrapped it, he took a small bite out and walked away, chewing on the crunchy, chocolate-flavored goodness.

Meh, nothing special. I guess I will give 10 points.

One thing Menaldi, you don't have to get hit by everything. You can still dodge around some things.

Course don't dodge EVERYTHING, but I think you know what I mean. And you can now fight in regular RP topics as well.
