Zanpakuto Spirit Personality: Acting as the ruler of the inner world Seisoku is very arrogant. To Gouzen he looks down on him and constantly wants to be released. Unlike Gouzen, Seisoku loves to fight using weapons and hates hand-to-hand combat. Seisoku and Gouzen are constantly arguing over who has the better fighting style, but when it comes down to it they are the perfect team.

Shikai: When release Seisoku’s entire blade, hilt and in most cases sheath will disappear completely, becoming air particles.

Shikai Ability: Seisoku allows Gouzen to put his spirit energy into the air particles to create any kind of weapon, armor, or shield. Since the weapons are made from Gouzen’s spirit energy a person with higher spirit energy can easily break them.

Guardian Pillars: Gouzen creates 5 large pillars around himself which can be controlled by his will. Since the pillars are made with air particles they can come out of any flat surface creating obstacles and blocking attacks.

Octopus Eight: Gouzen creates 8 spiked whips, four in both hands and starts whipping them around in all kinds of ways.

Cage of Fangs: Gouzen creates a spiked cage around his opponent. The cage will constantly get smaller until the opponent is killed from the compression or the spikes going through their body.

I honestly don't see any real issues with this. The abilities are interesting, and don't seem overpowered, especially concidering how you yourself mention a weakness when fighting stronger enemies.

I will APPROVE this Zanpakuto. Now all you're missing is the Practice Fight.

I have a few changes wanted.

With Guardian Pillars I would like you to drop the duration to 3 and cooldown to 5 or decrease the number of pillars to 5. Your choice.

And for Cage of Fangs, I think you might want to think about it a little more. You are saying that it slowly gets smaller for 5 posts? By that point anyone could have broken out of it because they could even use a charged technique at that point. To make the ability more useful, I would recommend adding a charge and decreasing the duration to 3. That would still give people the ability to break out of it or dodge it before it is created, but still make it so someone could actually be hurt/killed by it.
