Ryouta kept his eyes steady on the man as it bounded across the rooftops, the slight tinge of hollow giving it away as his target. Careful to keep his presence unknown, Ryouta had long-since contained his reiatsu and delegated himself to walking along the ground as opposed to the air -- and at a slow pace, at that. While his reiatsu might not be so obvious as to attract attention on its own, he did not feel that a fast-moving reaitsu -- weak or not -- would offer the same cover.
The target itself displayed some bizarre behavior, switching from a high pressure to low in what Ryouta could only assume was a ploy to confuse would-be pursuers. Regardless, Ryouta kept a lock on the man, keeping himself hidden with movements around the buildings at precise times to avoid the target's sight.
Though Ryouta had initially been very pleased at the appearance of a likely Vizard, he soon found himself growing slightly irate at the little game he was playing. It was with a great measure of relief that Ryouta felt the target's movement stop and settle within an area not that far from his current position. He began his slow walk towards the location, his eyes scanning the nearby area and his hand clutched firmly on the grip of his zanpakutou. It was only upon the outskirts of the location did he actually draw his zanpakutou and normalize his reiatsu pressure, content to let his presence be known to those nearby. There didn't seem to be any notable pressures aside from the one Ryouta had scouted earlier and, at this distance, it seemed unlikely that a being of note would be able to hide itself completely. This left only the target and himself, at the moment, and offered him the opportunity he needed.
