Personality: A bit of a work-holic Soma does everything Motaro doesn't. Even firing those he needs, if needed. He's very respectful towards Motaro, and would never do anything to upset, or disrespect him in anyway. Not from fear, or dominance, but because Soma sees Motaro has and idol. Someone he can look up to, and work to become more like. Because so Soma has gotten the habit of losing his temper when someone in any kind of way trys to disrespect Motaro. Normally trying to fill them with arrows.

Other then his workings with Motaro, Soma appears to be well kept, and level-headed. Other then the act of disrespect towards Motaro Soma can keep his cool in any situation. Normally using his calmness to look at every possible chance of victory.

Fighting Style: ((Will explain in Quincy Bow template. As you wouldn't understand it in this topic))

Background: Living in a family of Quincy put much pressure on Soma. His father was a famous Quincy knight, and even his mother had the skills to be great. However never had there family had the chance to be on the council. This angered his father to the point he repeatedly abused, and misused Soma. Forcing him into his Quincy powers. This lead to his skills stopping at a certain level. Stopping from from gaining enough skill to become Council leader. Disappointing his father greatly.

During his childhood, and early training Soma would listen to the stories of Motaro Shisoku. Only wishing he was able to fight as well as him. Then hating himself for not being strong enough to be of any use to him. As even now he had the feeling he would become council leader. And he did.

After the creation of the video gaming company Soma took the job as his assistant. Being as good a helper as he could. This also allowed him to fight alongside him, normally attacking first. Not believing the council member should get his hands dirty like the Knight were tasked to do. Till this very day Soma doesn't "allow" Motaro to start fighting. Rushing in so he can sit back, and watch. normally showing off just for his entertainment.

Looks good, though Id prefer if you expanded on his personality a bit. But that's not essential right now.

I hope there is a good reason for not including his fighting style here. Sounds intriguing.
