Appearance: For appearance look at Avi. But for clothing Evan mostly wears fashionable clothes. Being raised in North America Evan has become quite the dresser, and never goes out unless he’s looking good. He can be seen in suits and tuxes to button ups and dress pants. Casual clothes of the greatest look, only suits him. But Evan is a great fan of converses, seriously having a room sized closet of just sneakers and shoes most of them being converses. Body type Evan is in great shape very defined not bulky, just ripped. Can come off as skinny but under the shirt is a very healthy man. Rest is in the Avatar.

Personality: Evan is a complex individual. At times he can be rude, vulgar, and just doesn’t give a damn. But at the same time he can act quite serious and caring. At first glance and seeing how he acts one would think he is a simple minded fool, only living for the pleasure of money and other things. But this is not the case, Evan has a deep mind that isn’t shown often around others, He thinks of complex things such as the world and people’s mind sets. Evan’s personality can often be-related to that of an Anti-hero, still keeping that bad guy persona but deep down he knows the right thing to do and often does it. He lives his life based on his core conviction, of the world and others.
Around people he can be quite rude and even untrusting, but in the end he can be trusted if your life is truly at stake, which makes him quite loyal to friends and comrades. But he demands that same loyalty in return for his own. Around his work he is quite serious, with having a laid back persona unless its something that interests him. But because of his vice president status you can tell when he does his job, he does it well and efficiently. Evan likes easy woman, converses food, and money. He dislikes a lot of things soul reapers being one of them.
Fighting Style: Evan is a versatile fighter that ranges in good speed and power and decent range attacking. Although Evan is more of a close range fighter. Evan mostly uses his speed and swift movements to surprise opponents. His reaction time is dead fast, he wanted to at least counter arrancars and hollows speed with just pure reaction time. With his super human ability Evan has achieved great power that he uses well and proficiently.
Evan has been trained well in martial arts and agility. He is at his human limit when it comes to physical ability. But because of his powers he is beyond that of human limits.
Background: Evan was born in a extremely wealthy and rich family, his father Croam being a president of a large company called Veloz. Veloz is a nation wide company that exterminates hollows and other dangers that come into the world. Such as crime and terrorists, they keep there supernatural stuff under wraps letting no one but the super humans know of its existence. Although riding the world of trouble, Veloz some what operates like a modern day mafia but with higher values and stakes at hand.
Evan was a mere child when he acquired his powers, no older than five years old. His father and mother were powerful super humans in there own right. His mother Dawn, loved Evan very much and actually didn’t want this life for him. The life of battling hollows and facing quincies, soul reapers on a everyday bases. Evan and his mother spent a lot of time together, playing games and other things. Croam his father thought otherwise, he felt Evan’s spiritual power and noticed just how powerful Evan could be. Plus it was family tradition in the Vega house for the bosses son to lead and take over when the time was right. Dawn had to deal with it, it was his destiny for him to take over no matter who doesn’t approve. Although Evan achieved his powers at age five, he wasn’t meant to have powers at all. He had a lot of spiritual pressure but he wasn’t going to develop any powers ever. This angered his father and secretly his mother was very pleased. Croam was so furious at this he started having hollows attack his son, so he could manifest powers by force and fear. Of course Croam wasn’t letting his son get hurt to bad, if h had too he would step in and kill the hollows easily. This was being hid from Dawn, because if she knew about this all hell would break lose.
One night Evan had a scar on his back during another one of his father eager attempts to give his son powers. Dawn checking up on her son saw this, and asked what happened. Evan told her everything, she was infuriated by what he told her and she wouldn’t have anymore of it. But it was too late, Croam had already gone crazy with attempts, crazy enough to bring a a group of three adjucas into play. They attacked Evan while he was sleeping one night, luckily Dawn was near by to intervene. The hollows was extremely powerful, but Dawn wasn’t going to let her beloved son die. They fought around the company awakening everyone from the loud booms and explosions. Croam just stood at a distance and watched, his wife fight for her and his son’s life.
Dawn reaching her limit called to him, he did not respond. Evan being scared for his mother’s life went outside yelling her name. Damn the child’s foolishness, the hollows saw him and instantly attacked getting pass Dawn. She rushed able to keep up with the hollow, she sacrificed her own body to protect Evan. But at the same time she killed the hollow, piercing their heads with three glowing blades. She smirked looking at her son. Evan to terrified to move tears rolling down his face. Dawn was dieing slowly but she wanted Evan to remember her, so using her last amount of energy she hugged Evan tight giving him the last of her power. She was passing her abilities and powers on to him, so in a way she would always be remembered through Evan.
All he knew was that know he had his mothers powers inside of him, and he was going to use it to rid the world of ugly things. Evan stated to train to use his powers at age seven. It started in a training session to get his powers to activate, a newly born hollow was standing before him. At fist he was scared for his life, begging to be saved. Craom standing not to far away looked at his son. “Remember Evan… the hollows that killed your mother. How she sacrificed herself to save a weakling like you. Remember that…and this is what you have to show her! Weakness!” Evan stopped crying and turned to the weak hollow, his eyes glowed blue when he thought of the hollows once again. He held out his hand and a black energy made katana appeared.
Evan looked at it for a while, it was the same sword his mother used back then. Without another thought he rushed towards the hollow crying. One slash was all he needed, to rid of the hollow of its life. He slashed the hollow down the chest, and then again across. He wasnt stopping till he was satisfied, another cut after another. The hollow was surely defeated with no chance of actually making a counter attack. It fell to the floor bleeding severly, Evan still unsatisified came over it and pierced its chest down to the floor. In a near insant his father grabbed his hand to stop Evan from doing anymore damage. Evan just looked at the masacred hollow on the floor. No mercy was shown on his face.
Evan met the other superhumans at the age of seventeen, when he first met Levi he was jealous of his power and the fact that he took over his fathers position. But for some reason Evan trusts Levi and often visited his gun shop. Evan then met Fuuga Natsu whose personality and talent pissed him off to no end. Evan disliked Fuuga at first but has grown to accept him as a higher up, when time went on.
Evan met Akutore a while later, he believes her personality to be cheesy and fake. He knows she's hiding her true mind set, and he doesn't like that. He also dislikes that she is the youngest Overseer, so far. But he does respect her power and honor, and the fact that she rather do her work on her own.
In general Evan dislikes the super human overseers, for being widly powerful and having low level jobs. Although he dislikes the others for trying to be richer then him, which is very hard.
Ever since he met them Evan has been training hard to surpass them and become the youngest Superhuman Overseer in history.
It has been three years since he has met them, and started doing missions for the sake of humanity.
(And just wanted to point out that Evan's father was a Overseer, but his spot was taken by Levi. Now he is no longer one. But he will be important later on. Just wanted to ask if thats ok with u guys, with him being a past Overseer and all.
