Personality: Despite her small size, Riko is an aggressive and short-tempered girl with rather violent tendencies. Her most common victims would be Vizards of higher ranks, whom she frequently abuses, usually by kicking and punching them in the face. She shows very little respect to the majority of people around her, easily losing her temper or getting into fights. Before her old Captain in squad 2 had left the squad to join the royal guards, Riko was a very respectful. Riko never seems to display much emotion besides anger, and always appears to be frowning.
Inner Hollow Personality: Riko has little control over her inner hollow, the anger is used by the inner hollow to control the rest of Riko's body and cause havoc. The inner hollow is quite crazy, it doesn't hold back in attacks.
Inner Hollow Appearance:
Fighting Style: Riko focuses on using her Zanpakutou and sneaking skills to utilize attacks. But is also a master in speed and agility. The style she uses in unreleased Zanpakutou is the exact same style as in shikai mode making it more mastered then how she would if she had two different styles.
Background: Riko's human life was average until she turned 15 years of age when her father and mother were brutally killed. The killer was unknown and never caught. Riko was sent to live with her grandmother, since living their Riko's attitude had changed for the worse, he began to steal things from houses and stores and become a vandal. Riko's life was cut short at the age of 17 when she sneaked onto a property of a rich maniac who brutally smashed her head in killing her.
Riko wasn't a soul for very long, she was founded by a shinigami and was sent to soul society without a problem. After starting her new life in Soul Society she was introduced to the current captain of squad 3. Riko instantly seen her as a mother figure and the captain seen Riko as a daughter. She took Riko under her wing and trained her into a strong shinigami, shortly after gaining her Zanpakutou the Captain told Riko that she should now train on her own to gain her Shikai and she will be promoted to Lieutenant status.
After many years of endless training nothing had happened. Riko began to think that she had a dead sword. But that wasn't true, one day during training Riko heard a suttle noise. " Its me Riko, it's Kagejouten. Release me Riko and i will show you true power!" Riko called out the name Kagejouten and felt power that she had never felt before. In releasing her shikai her Captain promoted her to Lieutenant.
After becoming Lieutenant, Riko enjoyed training everyone within her squad and helping them all out. But one dreadful day Riko's captain obtained a letter asking her to join the Royal Guards. And the Captain accepted the terms and left the squad straight away. After that it felt like Riko had lost a mother for a second time. Riko stood down as Lieutenant straight after and stopped training.
One morning Riko left her house to go for a walk and noticed a letter, she picked it up. Inside it was telling Riko information about how she could see her beloved Captain one more time. Riko then grabbed her Zanpakutou and changed into her shinigami uniform and left to the area of where her Captain was going to be. It was dark as Riko got there hoping she wasn't late a body came out of nowhere and began to speak to Riko " Do you want to be even more powerful then what you are now? To see your Captain once again." Riko grabbed out her Zanpakutou. " I would do anything to see to see her again!" The man then laughed as he then instantly disapeared. Riko began to feel weird, a large rush of reiatsu rushed to her body as he began to grow the hollow material and then a voice in her head came out of nowhere " You can't fight it Riko. I'm in control now." Riko let her innerhollow take over and begin to create destruction in the forest. A small pack of Shinigami's came to stop Riko but Riko's power was to much for them killing the Shinigami.
When the hollow material crumbled away and Riko came to her senses she noticed of what she had done. And fled to earth where she wouldn't be found. Riko was quickly founded by others with the same power as Riko, she joined the Vizard Sanction and was began to be helped controlling and using her new powers.

, it won't affect the storyline at all. Cause i've become a captain just 4 years ago so it won't matter to me things that happened 39 years ago.
