To sacrifice oneself for another is truly a noble way to die, but is it foolish? You never know if the person you saved will live their life to the fullest, respecting your dying wish. Nonetheless you will protect those around you, and who you are close to. Others may not ever understand your reasons, maybe you don't either.
Bonds however cannot be thrown away so easily.
Nihilism:

Such a foolish thought to think, that peoples excuse to keep living and do what they want is because of their 'Heart'.
