Kabel's superhuman ability

first superhuman so im expecting some shit for it lol

Name:blood bone

Appearance: Kabels body shows no physical changes until the ability goes into effect. At this point Kabel's skin opens to give way to a bone with an sharp pointed tip and smaller fang teeth running along both edges of it to give it a saw-like shape.It holds the same strength to it as one of His own bones and its teeth are incredibly sharp.

Ability:The maximum length of the bone is 5 feet long at any given time.Kabel can spout this bone anywhere on his body and can create no more than 3 total bones as long as the total length of them combined doesn't exceed 5 feet.

Techniques:

description:shots 3 inch long segments of the bone at his opponent at incredible speeds until the entire length of the bone is consumed. Kabel cannot stop this attack once it has started and is only used as a last resort weapon. this is primarily because it takes about a day to for the bone to grow back.

well it all depends on what you consider a technique to be. if the ability is a constant thing as described in the template then i don't think i really need more than one. BUT if you consider an ability a general overview while the tech are the more defined "aspects" of that overview then yes i would need to add more.

The bone creation is an ability, Marrow is a technique. You have it correct.
