Personality: Despite his ninja style background, he prefers to forgo the Assassins Code by shouting and making his presence known. Black Star seems to exhibit some form of superiority complex, due to his undying need to be known as number one. His delusion of stardom is so great that he constantly gives out autographs that nobody wants. Black Star hates it when someone gets more attention than him and will show them who the real star is. and Black Star's favorite number is 1, what he considers himself to be. When referring to himself. in terms of work and leadership he is very loud and procastricating (however its spelled) starting to create and sing his theme song that changes everytime he starts to sing as he can't remember how he song it before, when being a leader he continues thinking he is #1 he starts to tell the people he's leading that he could do better, they are nothing compared to his strenght,etc but in just a quick summary Blackstar is loud,gloaty,cocky and just ........ stupid

Inner Hollow Name: Soru Ita {soul eater}

Inner Hollow Personality: Soul's personality is laid-back and nonchalant, as he tries to mold himself to his expectations of how someone 'cool' would act. He often expresses how he feels about some situations by either claiming that something is 'cool' or 'not cool.' Being a supposedly cool guy. He has a unique love for eating souls that seems to not be shared by many of the other Weapons, drooling quite frequently when his next meal is nearby. He also seems to be a glutton towards food in general. He can sometimes become too driven by the thought of eating souls,which usually starts bickering between him and Star as he becomes impatient for more souls, they are always able to maintain a solid friend-partner relationship. He is also friends with Black Star because of their similar personalities, but at the same time they cannot match their Wavelengths. He is slightly immature, being headstrong, stubborn, apathetic to most things and argumentative. He also has a strong weakness towards women takinh over Stars body making Star have a nosebleed. He is also a slacker that likes to find an easier way out of situations.He still has a compassionate side, proving to be a good loyal friend to others, and is still willing to do anything he can to protect his Meister.

Inner Hollow Appearance:

Vizard ability: For starters my zanpaktou changes
new zanpakutou appearence:
his spiritual pressure then becomes visible being very overwhelming it spreads for miles giving the sense of death to all that are in range, This sense of death starts to mess with your senses:
it takes out your hearing by making you only be able to hear screams that are not real.
it takes out your sense of touch as now everything you touch will feel like blood and by everytime you move you feel a spike of pain like if you were being stabbed.
it messes with your vision making you have constant illusions of you dieing,bloodshed, or the death of a loved one taking your mind off the battle and disorienting you
in smell it only makes you smell a horible odor making it terrible for the victim to use there nose to breath.
in taste it makes the victim taste a horible taste in there mouth also everytime you breath your lungs go filling up with reiatsu making it harder and harder for you to breath.
And this mask's afect also makes the user go slower as it releases so much reiatsu in the air the enemie oposing Blackstar will be at 2/3 of aximum speed


Fighting Style: Star's fighting style changes in diferent curcumstances
Regular
While not in his shikai,bankai,vizard forms he is quite tactical planing out his attacks carefully as in this state his zanpakto has no tricks. He usually aims for the oponents legs at this time since if he cuts his oponents leg vains they would shortly bleed to death and be unable to walk,run or even move there legs as i would also cut the nerves in the legs

Shikai
While in his shikai form he depends on his speed with his two weapons, here he would rapidly attack his oponent just trying to land multiple attacks quickly as starting now he starts to listen to his zanpakto's spirit talking to him giving ideas,tactics,combos,etc for attacking his target

Bankai
While in his bankai state he mostly relies on his ranged attacks and his forward thoughts, as now he must keep his distance he takes that part as a advantage as his enemy would come to his which their movements would be predictable and if Star's oponent wouldn't come to him he can still attack with ease

Vizard
While in his vizard state he fights with pure power and traps, now he would attack and attack with out stopping purposlly hitting his surroundings so when his oponent would approuch the damaged object their reiatsu would finish destroying the object that would then fall and crush Star's oponent

Background: When he was still in the soul society, he was captain of squad 11, him and his squad went in to war against many arrancars, in the battle he was injured one of his main points of reiatsu were he would store his spiritual pressure where hit, after the battle Star's spiritual pressure started leaking from his body starting a age reduction proses, from the appearence of a 23 year old man he went down to the appearence of a 14 year old boy, keeping his personality and style he started to work his power back up becoming stronger than before. Acouple years after that battle vizards started to pop up being created by the vizard maker, some of his teammates had become vizards too, a meeting was called all captions went and spoke with the central 64, during the meeting they had decided to find the vizard maker and executing him, Star had gotten permisiion to go and find the vizard maker but with other captains, him beeing who he is to prove he is the best he goes alonesearching for the vizard maker to kill him, during his search he was sidetracked by some hollows, shortly after his encounter with the hllows the vizard maker appeares sayying on how good star had done against those hollows the vizard maker had placed for atracting some decent shinigamis, Star didn't know that the man was the vizard maker, while looking away he was transformed in to a vizard by the vizard maker, after his transformation he goes and traain at his very own training spot that their he learns how to control his hollow powers

yeah Fukki is right, and also you're gonna have to start out as a low elite but after everything for your character is approved then you can challenge for the spot of a high vizard.

Zaf has said he won't allow anyone to look less than 18 years old, and it's prefered one looks at least like they're in their early 20s.

Soul Society knows NOTHING about the Vizard Maker, they don't even know of his existance. Nobody in the Gotei 13 except the Shotaicho even knew about the existance of Vizards until recent events (the first plot event in this RP) forced the Shotaicho to share what limited info he had on them. Which you'd have known if you'd read just the Captains Meeting thread.

The names and personalities of both your character and Inner Hollow have quite obviously been taken directly from the Soul Eater anime and manga series, even down to using the word "Meister" - which implies use of ye olde "copy and paste from somewhere else" (my guess is either Wikipedia or the Soul Eater Wikia).

Living only 16 years in Soul Society... and becoming a Captain... that's just a no. No if's, but's or maybe's. Unless your character is a Kenpachi clone (which would be instantly denied) it would take MUCH longer to become a Captain.

The "ninja style background" you mentioned in the personality part isn't at all mentioned in your background.

I suggest you do some major editing of all this. And preferably without resorting to copying so much directly from Soul Eater.

Since I quoted you on the Zanpakuto here, I'll begin with that. Masks do not change Zanpakuto forms, shapes, or abilities. They certainly don't make people as cliched, idiotic, and pathetic as you have managed to do normally. I don't even watch Soul Eater, but I could have told people that a chunk of this was hocked from somewhere. It has the stench of a poorly written Wikipedia article, and that stench can never be washed away. You've managed to pick apart every single damned rule on this forum in one swoop, I do believe.
