Sealed Description: From the rectangular hilt, two double-sided blades extend in two different directions like a "V" creating a 90 degree angle. He keeps his "sword" in a pouch in the back of his arrancar jacket.

Released Description: Carnasde's body bcomes covered in a black material from the neck down, with four arms and hands replacing his feet. His forearms and shins are covered with a thick white material similar to that of his mask fragment. This material also covers his halfway up his upper arms and thighs and forms an "X" on his chest. Along the sides of his arms and legs are lines with five small holes on either side. On his elbows, knees, shoulders and the middle of his chest are large rounded cyan crystals. His hollow hole moves to his midsection while his mask fragment becomes a jaw with two points at the bottom and six teeth across and his face is adorned with two eye shaped red marks above and below his eyes. Completing his new body are two pairs of cyan wings

Carnasde starts spinning around, creating a blizzard around him, which gets worse as it goes.

In the first stage, vision is blurred and and heavy winds are blowing around snow, a faster wind flowing around Carnasde to protect himself. The snow carries away reiatsu.

In the second stage, the wind picks up, impeding movement and pen sized ice needles join the snow. The ice needles along with the increased wind better protect Carnasde and it becomes even farther to see.

In the third stage, sight is lost and in addition to the ice needles and snow, there are now ice cicada divebombing Carnasde's foes, causing small reiatsu explosions on impact. Carnasde's wings fold around him, a layer of ice surrounds him and ice cicadas fly all around him.

In the fourth stage, the storm starts to cool down and Carnasde comes out of his wings, healed of any minor damage he's taken.

Carnasde creates a large beam that can freeze his opponents, they fall until they break out.

Carnasde's wings cover his body, protecting him from an attack, while he holds himself in the air with his reiatsu.

Carnasde crosses his arms and bends his legs as he releases cicada hail from his wings, pelting his opponent.

OK, overall it seems solid, so I'm going to nitpick.

1) Increase the charge on the Ultimate by at least one turn.
2) Turn "Cero Absolut" into a unique freezing beam and increase the cooldown.
3) Make the duration for Emigracion longer ( I was thinking that it could be like a torrent of ice cicada that lasts for a couple of posts, that Carna could aim at his enemies as he pivots in the air)
