Personality:
Kyoshiro is a very, very, very silent individual. Even before the Captain he speaks in a manner of sheer boredom. His attitude towards some Captain, or even other Vice-Captain comes from his sense of justice, and pride. he seeks not the fame or glory of being a Soul Reaper but of the Order, and peace they bring to the Seireitei, and it's people. He how does seems to favor the company of the 13th Divisions Captain, and two younger daughters. Normally teaming with them if such a events presents itself.

In terms of leadership Kyo acts without a second thought. Following orders, and quickly, and calmly handling a situation. His main flaw being his calm, yet hotheadedness when annoyed. When annoyed he will mostly admit a dry, and cold spiritual pressure. Speaking with his eyes more then his mouth.

Fighting Style: In battle Kyoshiro focuses on Zanjustu, with he excels at along with his procliamed use of Kido. Beyond that Kyoshiro has even mastered, or near mastered Hakuda, training regularly with the 2nd Division Captain, and Lieutenant if they are free, and willing. Even thought he is by far the smallest, in terms of both height, and body frame, Kyoshiro is quite physically strong. His physical strength surprising for someone of his size, and build. Using his small frame, and size to his advantage in battle, normally allowing his enemy to think *little* of him before striking from behind. He shows a very fluid but deceptive maneuvering skills in contrast to his physical strength combined with Kido Kyoshiro will even go so far as to fire a Kido while preparing another, using the first as a cover for the second more powerful one.

Background:

Kyoshiro was born within the Seireitei, born to a lesser noble family it was always there mission to become Shinigami, and to protect not only there family, but Soul Society itself. His father and mother both giving their lives as former squad 5 members. His father a Lieutenant, and his mother a 6th seat. it was his destiny to become apart of the 5th divison, and prove himself to them.

Yet before he could do that he had to overcome one thing: His height.

All throughout his years at the academy Kyoshiro boosted high grades in all forms of combat outside of Shunpo, which he nearly sucked at, to be honest, he failed horribly. Not even able to dodge the easiest of attacks. This forced him into an extra 4 years at the Academy. heart-broken because of failure, and feeling as hopeless as anyone could be Kyoshiro discovered something. Power. His strength was outstanding. With a single punch Kyo could break doors, and crush boulders. he grew happy with himself once again and focused on his study's. At the end of his 10 years of academy training Kyoshiro found himself accepted into the 13 Court Guard Squads. 7th seat of the 2nd division. They thought it wise to teach him to overcome his lack of Shunpo skills.

For another 20 years Kyoshiro would continue training in the 2nd Squad. Learning to control his strength while learning to adapt to his lacking skills. Going so far as to personally ask the 2nd division Captain Roga to teach him ways to work around this wall before him. And from that training he learned his own style of movement. Which he called Senpo. It allowed his basic speed to work as any normal Vice-captain would without the use of Shunpo. using his small body, and dexterity to out maneuver his enemies, even without the tricks behind Shunpo. This allowed him to take the seat of Lieutenant of the 5th Squad. Tho the slowest of the Vice-Captain he was still able to keep up using Kido, and other forms of combat he himself focused more on. Now he strives to prove to his family, and parent that he is worthy of the Mibu name. All while protecting Soul Society from anything that would come it's way.

OK, changes were made regarding his physical strength, and he really seems like a fun guy to rp as. Therefore:
