Abilities: Apart from its unique appearance, Diplomacy possesses many other traits that make it different from other projectile weapons. Just by directing reishi to it, Atsushi can adjust the attack speed of its bow; for instance if he directs a quite immense amount of reiatsu to it, the rate of firing bolts will be comparable to that of firing bullets from a machine gun.

That doesn't mean though that he cannot fire a bolt with the traditional way. He rarely chooses to fire a bolt with the common way. The bolts fired with the common way of firing bolts from a crossbow are distinguishable from those bolts fired by directing reishi toward the bow. These bolts contain reishi its highly, if not impossible, to trace the bolt's reishi. This fact as well as the fact that they don't produce any sound when fired, makes them ideal for assasinations. In addition, he can fired bolts that are not formed by the crossbow.

Techniques:

Fukitsu Ya:
An arrow coated by a pitch of black which constantly exhales a black calamitous smoke. The arrow is considered as his last resort technique. By the time it meets his desired target, the smoke is sucked by that certain part the arrow has pierced and propagates like an infection to the rest of the body. This infection spreads only to the nervous system, tormenting the afflicted user with an unbearable pain. The infection can be stabilized and stopped from further spreading by directing reishi toward the infected part, but it could take a highly potent medicine to eradicate it completely from the body.

This arrow is rarely used by him, due to the fact that it is dangerous for himself, even a single mistake could prove lethal and because he has a small quantity of them.

Bakuyaku Ya:
An arrow which upon impact explodes. Atsushi uses it either to escape or finish off a target. Radius of the explosion is almost 2 metres, but the explosion is enough strong to blow one to millions pieces.
