Bow Appearance: It has no appearance

Abilities: When he was young Soma got the idea to carry his symbol in the palm of his hand no matter what. This lead to being attacked by a hollow. While fighting the hollow noticed the symbol in his hand, and attacked. However before he could finish Soma off Motaro saved him. With a single arrow the hollow was killed, but not before blasting Soma with a Cero to which Motaro deflected, but not enough. Having tried to use his hands to block the attack Soma's symbol molded with his right palm stay there to this day. Forcing Soma to where gloves.

With his symbol in hand at all times Soma has proven himself to be able to gather, and disperse reishi in a matter of instantaneous calculation. But focusing his reishi to the palm of his hands, Soma can form arrosw without a bow. Throwing them like javelins, or using them for close range combat. However, Soma can manipulate the arrows to form other shapes, and sizes, fire many, or a few short strong ones added with his near mastery of Hirenkyaku his fighting ability isn't one to be joked with.

Techniques:
-White fissure: Using Hirenkyaku Soma fires several dozen arrows at his enemy. Each one doing explodiing damage.
Cooldown; 2 turns
-Black Thunder: Expanding his reishi, and focusing it on a single motion Soma can wield reishi as a type of spiritual fire around his hands. Allowing him to create heavily damaging arrows.
Duration: 4 turns Cooldown: 4
-Righteous Consequences: Focusing a huge amount of reishi, Soma can release a wave of piercing arrows. The sheer number causing them to appear as one big arrow. These arrows can follow an opponent.
Charge: 1 turn Duration: 2 turns Cooldown: 5 turns

Interesting, so the symbol itself is now a part of you. Interesting twist. How complex are the shapes he makes? Rather simple things like shields and disks right? Or can he do more complex things. I would prefer it to be more simple shapes if you would.

Cooldown on Black Thunder should be higher, maybe four to match duration.

Consequences needs a cooldown of around five since it is such a powerful attack.

Just our basic arrows, and shields. Some with a longer fin for reduced air resistance, or a longer one for the larger, and heavier hollows.

You made the corrections mentioned above, and everything else looks pretty good.
