Sealed Description: Los Electus takes the shape of a lance in which can be shortened, and extended, at anytime, even during battle it can take the shape of a sword, which at anytime it can return to it's lance shape. The blade is snow white, and the pole itself is black. In sword mode the blade is black, and the handle white. At anytime she can walk around with it in either lance or sword mode.

Released Description:
Within her released form Lasconni gains twin wings reaching from the two holes in her back. These wings are made of a combination of hollow mask material, and spiritual energy. Reaching, and covering Lasconni these wings block any attacks coming at her, and protect her from harm during the transformation.

Spreading the winds wing suddenly, and releasing a large burst of spiritual pressure the Quinto Espada now stands not that different from before, in terms of facial appearance, and body type. The only things added are four wings, two on the upper back, near the shoulders, and two near the waist. These wings being made of a combination of energy, and bone fragment. On her face however a visor of some kind now rests, however it extends into a helmet, covering her whole head leaving her long hair hanging loosely behind. Her arms gain several new attachments which can at anytime be released, and connected through a type of spiritual electricity, making a electric sword whip. This whip can extend up to 50 yards, and has the cutting ability of a katana. It's durability is that of a katana as well. Allowing her to wield it like a sword, or whip. Each strike from this weapon deals a bit of stunning damage, while coating the enemy in positive, or negative energy.

At anytime Lasconni can break off one of her wings, and form another sword whip. Connect it with the first to make a double edged whip. Allowing her to increased her range, and speed.

Resurrection Ability/Ultimate Attack: Electus Dos Labrios: Lasconni constantly draws spiritual energy into her wings, converting it into electrical energy allowing her to use this energy to preform all her techniques, or use the energy as a discharge. These being stronger then when not released. This energy however isn't normal it is broken down, and separated within Lasconni's wings. Forming positive, and negative energy. Her sword whip works in the same manner. Each section to the whip is connected like a magnet, and at anytime she can reverse the flow of positive, and negative energy around her body or her whip allowing each section to extend, connected by a thin, yet durable electric flow. This gives the sword another 20 yards is length. Both whips can be shortened into twin swords. Allowing her to fight at close range. If needed. Even while connected they can be shortened to form a twin sided lance.

Techniques:
Consuming Light: Drawing in more energy Lasconni releases it in a discharge manner, this blast has the force of a Cero, and any contact leaves the enemy with a negative, or positive charge, depending on which one Lasconni has released. At this time the energy of the one effected by this techs becomes the same. Charge: 1 turn, Duration: instant, Cooldown: 1 turn

Force Field: Quickly solidifying the electricity, and energy around her body Lasconni can form a very wide, and potent shield. This shield repulses anything with the same charge as itself. Charge: Instant Duration: 1 turn Cooldown: 2 turns

Fraction Blaster: Spreading her wings Lasconni takes high into the sky. Channeling energy into her wings Lasconni can fire several hundred smaller "fractions" of energy. Each one just as fast as the other. These "fractions" explode on contact, or by will and can follow one with the opposite charge. Charge: 2 turns Duration: 3 turns Cooldown: 4 turns

The last technique, Wave of Destruction, bothers me. The idea of an insta-kill technique is just offputting, especially when the idea behind it is off. If you throw both magnet orbs at the enemy, they would largely neutralize each other, and if the power of one orb is enough to attack a far away enemy, the power of the other one would repel them the same way. I suggest a rework on that technique, and then I'll see how it looks.

Overall, it sounds nice, even if your grammar could use a bit of work. I approve the first two techniques and the Resurreccion ability itself. I'll hold off on a full approval until the revamp, though.

You have some spelling and grammar issues, so please fix them and be more careful in your sample. But other than that, I see no issues.
