First step of course in a practice fight is that you have to obey all of the regular fighting rules. No God-Moding, Puppeteering, making up new techniques or anything like that.
1. The Practice Fight area does not affect the actual main Roleplay. So you can be killed in here and suffer no consequences.
2. Since practice fights have no effect on the actual roleplay, you can have a practice fight and a topic in the roleplay going at the same time. Heck, you could have 4 practice fights going at the same time if you so wish and can also keep track of them all.
3. Just like in the regular roleplay, any arguments over the legality of something should be placed in the Roleplay Discussion Forum.
4. Any problems of godmoding or other issues should be brought up to a staff member. If an event occurs, pause the battle until the admin or mod can make a decision.
5. Just because this is the combat center, it does not mean that there should be no roleplaying. You MUST still roleplay during a practice fight. It is great practice and can highlight any issues with the way you have your character act or any weaknesses in your general roleplaying skills.
6. Remember, it is required to have at least one PF under your belt before you are allowed to fight in the main story. So if you have been a member for awhile and see a new character who still needs to participate in a PF, then offer to help them out. It is basic kindness and will help keep everything moving smoothly.
