Re-implementing Practice Fight Rule

Anyways guys.

Putting the old rule back into place. Any new member is required to participate in a Practice Fight before they are fully approved to fight in the Roleplay sections. You can ask any member and they should agree to help unless they are really busy.

The staff will also agree to do the practice fight with you if you want. Just be warned that we made be a little slower to respond since we have a lot of responsibilities to deal with at once.

This is mostly to make sure everybody has the skills necessary to fight properly and doesn't force Kuro to smash your head in. Get the kinks out in something that doesn't matter as much.

Anyways, that is all. Feel free to ask any question you have.

Btw, forgot to mention this before. When I say participate, you don't have to complete the practice match. It needs to have a decent number of replies, at least 10 replies for the person.

But you might as well complete it anyways since you get extra points which can be used to buy new techniques.
