Non-Arrancar Espada/Fraccion/Exequais

This isn't really a suggestion, but more of a question? I asked this on Domination ages ago.

Is it possible for a Vizard rogue or a shinigamy Exile to become Espada or Fraccion? This is assuming they went through getting enough points and it works by the story and all that stuff. Because I remember Kuro wanting to become a Vizard (which I fully support) so I thought maybe this is possible.

Well, that'd require a LOOOOONG time, since it would require that the Vizard or Shinigami get beaten by their Inner Hollow, then they must feed for god knows how long (probably not as long as other Hollows but still) before they can become Gillian, and from there hope they don't turn into the most common Gillian that cannot evolve further, since that'd mean less power in general. From there they'd have to somehow spur the interest of the Primera, and also accept the offer of becoming an Arrancar.

Lots of effort would have to be made for it to make sense to begin with, much less the contradiction of going from Shinigami or Vizard to Hollow and later Arrancar.

Also, I'm pretty sure Zaf's already said that there'll be no Shinigami becoming Arrancar, or Hollows becoming Shinigami.

It'd also take a fair amount of effort to make it good enough for approval, the backstory, reasoning etc. would have to be able to add up enough for the entire thing to make sense.

No, no, I didn't mean that they will turn into hollows. I meant becoming Fraccion/Espada/Exiquais while being a shinigami/vizard.

No. You can only become a Fraccion or other thing while being an Arrancar. End of story.

Nopies. Adds a whole level of complications that we really don't need at the moment. Because then you could have Arrancars taking seated positions or a Superhuman serving on the Quincy Coucil.

Just makes things way too complicated. While a single member of a race can ally with another race due to whatever reason, they aren't going to actually be ranked in that way.
