NEW RP RULE!

Alright, due to problems in the past and recently with people randomly entering topics, I have decided on a new rule that will be necessary to make topics better, reduce conflicts, and avoid conflicts.

Basically before you enter a topic, even if you are coming from another topic, you need to make a post saying you are en route.

Reason being? Most of the characters in the Bleach universe can sense each other. So it doesn't make a lot of sense when someone would just appear in a topic without anyone noting that they were coming near.

This post does not need to be very long. A sample is...

((Zafaron is traveling from Soul Society via the Senkaimon from the topic Captain's Meeting.))

or something like that. Really only need a sentence. Maybe a second if you need to explain something specific like traveling by shadow or suppressing your power or something really basic.

Also, this isn't under the new rule but just a reminder. Unless you have been told otherwise, do not post when there is someone in the topic has not posted for a bit. You have to wait for them to respond to what is going on. So don't have little personal conversations back and forth when there is a bigger picture all around you.

An update, or more precisely, some clarification.

Going to list various scenarios and explain what you do in them.

1) Just entering a major topic like the war topics -

Just make a warning post that you are entering.

2) Stealthily entering a major topic like the war topics -

No warning post necessary, just enter.

3) Entering a major topic via Garganta or Senkaimon -

No post necessary, it just opens up and then people would react.

4) Just regularly entering a private or semi-private topic like a duel or a discussion between certain people -

Warning post and PMs or statements from the people involved that you can enter.

5) Stealthily entering a private or semi-private topic -

Receive approval from the people involved, no warning post required.

6) Entering a private or semi-private topic via Senkaimon or Garganta -

Permission from the people involved AND myself.

7) Entering a topic with someone else -

Just have the other person who is making the warning post if there was one required mention that you are also with them.

5) Stealthily entering a private or semi-private topic -

Receive approval from the people involved, no warning post required.

That is implying that nobody will ever have the chance to react, though. For example, even if a shinigami or hollow is adept at hiding their reiatsu, thus allowing them to sneak about past the majority of people, it is not a far stretch to have incredibly adept sensors, as well, which, while perhaps not being able to pinpoint *exactly* who it is or where they are, would be able to sense the subtle traces of their presence.

Basically, wouldn't sneakily entering a topic still require a post indicating such? There are a select few people who won't be fooled by a stealthy entrance, after all.

The PM helps with that Hideaki.

We do indeed have a few really good sensors and they know who they are. So when they receive the PM and approve the entrance of the person they have a choice. They can either edit their last post that they sense the person coming. They can double post or just make another regular post mentioning that another person is coming, or they can request the other person make a warning post and then respond to that.

So in the end that is mostly up to the sensor to decide.

I'd think people could still sense you, if they were adept at it. I would prefer to keep a warning post in this situation.
