Sealed Zanpakuto: Resembles a normal katana,reaching almost 3.4 feet.The hilt's colour is golden and the sheath is black.

Shikai:
Also in very rare cases,by removing the lower half of cross,a blade is revealed which Stauracius uses to fight an enemy.

Shikai Ability: While in shikai form,Nikephoros can generate swords to protect him from any attacks that could prove fatal.


Bankai: A barrier of light surrounds him,encasing him.When the barrier slowly fades,his shinigami clothed are replaced with a black kamilavkion and his bald head is covered with a greek-style skoufos.His sword is the same as his shikai form.

Bankai Release Phrase: Bankai

Bankai Ability: While in Bankai, his techniques' effect increases and new ones are added.Also he gains some offensive techniques.


Techniques:


Divine Protection:Five crosses,similar to his zanpakuto,surround him and protect him from any attacks,melee or ranged.Each hit takes a cross out,destroying it,and it can destroy more than one depending on Stauracius situations and how lethal the enemy's attack is.(Shikai)(Charge Time:3 post)(Power of Tech:watch above)(Duration:3 posts)

Holy Redemption:Stauracius generates a cross,and hurls it toward an ally.The cross penetrates the ally's body and disintegrates in the process.An golden tattoo is formed in the target's back.

It has healing properties,regenerating the target's life force and reiatsu to great extent.The properties can be activated when the man touches it,(a brief light surrounds him and heals his injuries)or when he/she is in a very critical condition or near death.(Shikai)(Cooldown:5 posts)(Charge Time:1 post)(Power of Tech:Capable of healing minor injuries easily and closing fatal wounds)(Duration:10 posts(cross's duration) )

God's Sanctuary:200 crosses fall from the sky,landing into the ground and are crammed deep into it.The crosses form this;

Each attack can destroy x number of crosses depending on Stauracius situation and the power of the enemy's ability.It should be noted that Stauracius can form new crosses with spirit particles of his reiatsu,that means that the defense of technique could be renewed.Furthermore,it grants protection from the outside but not inside.Also,the only one who can pass freely through this barrier is the one who holds Nikephoros.When the enemy attepts to pass it,he will be repeled a few metres away.Finaly,when the sanctuary is attacked a number of crosses will be destroyed.

Sounds fine to me. I just think you can change the Divine protection to no charge time and cooldown to 3.
