Flash Step Rules

Alright, after lots of deliberation I feel we need some rules about flash steps in general.

This is mostly to prevent the abuse that has been occurring with them.

So here are some basic rules.

For every 6 posts, normal users will be allowed 4 uses of their flash step tech. They can use them all in one post if they want or only use a few of them.

Once the 6 posts have passed the number of flash steps a person can use is reset back to four even if they had not used all of their previously.

EXCEPTIONS

When vizards have their masks on this changes to 5 Shunpo per 7 posts.

The Captain of the Second Squad and the owner of the Fastest Sonido have no restrictions of flash step use.

Superhumans currently don't have a flash step.

Any usage of a flash step in a tech does not count for the regular flash step restrictions.

Even tho this has nothing to do with me as I have no restrictions I feel that the 2nd Division Vice-Captain or former 2nd Division members should have no restrictions or at the very least a 6 or seven use restriction.

Also

I feel that the whatever left over Flash steps you haven't used should rollover into your next four, but cannot exceed 8 in total. Just my thoughts.
